We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought.
Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or with your delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

If I change my mind...
Within 7 days
- Most things we sell are covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee. Just return them, unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, along with the receipt* and we'll give you a refund.
- If you don't have a receipt, as long as you have a proof of purchase* we'll exchange the item or give you a refund.
- If you'd like to return something we've delivered, just call us on FREEPHONE 0800 612 0874 or email us using our online contact form and we'll give you your return details.
- We're sorry but if you have opened the product, it cannot be returned under this scheme.
- If a product is excluded from our 7-day money-back guarantee, it is clearly marked by a † next to the product name on this website.
- Our 7-day money-back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
If there's a fault with the product...
We've made it easier!
- If you return it back to us within 30 days with your proof of purchase*, we'll give you a fast-track replacement, dispatched back to you the same day that we receive the faulty cartridge. You are also entitled to request a refund, which takes 7 days from receipt of the faulty cartridge due our testing proceedures if we have not resolved the failure satisfactorily.
- If you've had the product for up to the best before date of the product, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund. (All our ink products have at least a 9 month best before life)
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
To return a product, we suggest you obtain a returns number from our support team on 0871 2884549 or fill in our online contact form.
If you obtain this returns number we aim to deal with the returned item within 24 hours of receipt. Items retuned without this returns number may take up to 7 days to be processed, and must have proof of purchase enclosed. This returns number is valid for 14 days from issue.
Please note that refunds are only given if the items are returned unused within 7 days of receipt, or we have not been able to replace or repair a faulty item.

Please do not return items in a "Recycling Envelope" because they will be RECYCLED !
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund, if the item is unopened within 7 days of receipt. Any upgraded delivery costs will not be refunded.
To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see contact us for details) or call 0871 2884549 within seven working days* of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) must be returned to our offices at Units 2/3 Debdale Trading Estate, Debdale Lane, Keyworth, Nottingham, NG12 5HN
(For security and training purposes, telephone calls to and from Customer Service Centres may be recorded or monitored).
* All days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Proof of purchase usually is the invoice or order number.
