You simply send the nib to the address below and your new nib is sent back directly by Parker/Waterman customer services.

To use this special service you must have your purchase receipt from internet-ink.co.uk and a strict time limit of 30 days from our invoice date applies.
The service can only be used once per pen and the pen must
NEVER HAVE BEEN USED.
( If ink is found in the nib, then that nib will be returned)
