Xerox India Rolls Out Customer Engagement Initiative

Xerox India has launched a customer engagement project in Bengaluru.

It will take place over a month, giving customers the chance to have a hands-on experience with its A4 solutions portfolio, with the ink cartridges provider partnering with key resellers, reports CRN.

Venkat Rao, regional business head at Xerox India, said: "South India, especially Bengaluru with one of the largest customer base, is one of the key markets for our office portfolio.

"The program gives us an opportunity to engage with our partners and customers from SMB and SOHO segments."

A number of promotional deals on the A4 range of printers have been announced, including a one-year extended warranty.

This news comes after Xerox was named a market leader in a IDC MarketScape report.

The Networked Multifunction Peripherals for the Distributed Office 2012 Vendor Analysis research found that the manufacturer boasts one of the sector's most complete multi-function printer portfolios.
