Wear and tear in the home and fluctuating office budgets can mean that both home offices and business offices alike are on the constant lookout for a new printer, and the latest model to go through the ringer is the Samsung SCX-4623F.
The team at PC Advisor have given the latest model in the firms collection of quality but affordable but laser printers, with an especially big thumbs up for the newly-added fax facilities the all-in-one features.
In speed tests the Samsung SCX-4623F ran through with speeds of 15.8 and 14.6 pages per minute on 'Normal' and 'Best' quality settings respectively.
When it came to the final verdict the review's author wrote: "If your main need is swift text output with a few graphics thrown in, you'll find the Samsung SCX-4623F more than capable.
"Throw in those sterling scanning and fax facilities, and this is yet another winner from Samsung's affordable laser range."
The printer is a laser and as such it uses ink supplied by toner cartridges, which while longer-last than regular ink cartridges can be considerably more expensive in terms of a one-off purchase.
