Stock Up On Ink Cartridges As Home Working Is More Popular

It may be time to get a bulk order in for your ink cartridges – because you may be inspired by current research that suggests more and more people are thinking about working from home in the UK.

A survey of more than 1,000 people by Swinton Home Insurance found that 37 per cent of people expect to be working from home within the year.

Some 22 per cent of respondents said they would ideally like to work from home, as they feel it offers a better lifestyle for them.

Recently, Martin Lyne, director of small and medium-enterprise marketing at T-Mobile, said the concept of flexibility is becoming more important in the way smaller firms operate.

He said a recent survey T-Mobile carried out showed that half of small business leaders no longer believe in the traditional nine-to-five working day.

"With small businesses often running a tight ship in terms of finances and expenditure, and in light of the past few years with plenty of change happening, it's considered hugely important to be flexible enough to scale up or down, according to the situation," he said.
