How To Get Printer Ink Out Of Clothing

We all know how it feels to spill something unfortunate on our clothing, especially if it's something that may prove difficult to get out, like tomato ketchup, oil, or even printer ink.

A printer ink stain happened to a contributor to Yahoo Answers, and she has received some helpful advice. The user, calimom3, said that she had accidentally got printer ink on her beige denim shorts after leaning over the counter at a shop. Despite putting them in the washer and dryer, the unfortunate stain remained.

Thankfully, help is at hand. Ladychuch2002 suggests dosing the stain area with soap and letting is set for a short while before washing it again. Further advice came from cindybd, who thought that denatured alcohol – which can be bought in most store's household sections. This type of alcohol is supposed to be very good at removing ink, especially if it is permanent.

So if you ever accidentally get a printer ink stain, don't fear, it could be solvable!
