New Photo Printer Launched By Epson

Epson has launched its new high specification Stylus Pro 3880 printer.

According to the company, the new A2+ photo printer is suitable for use by professional and amateur photographers and can be used across a broad range of IT platforms.

The manufacturer recommended using its UltraChrome K3 with Vivid Magenta pigment inks to deliver the highest quality, longest-lasting prints in both colour and black and white.

Martin Johns, senior product manager at Epson UK, said: "The launch of the Stylus Pro 3880 makes Epson's fourth generation UltraChrome K3 VM inkset available to a broader range of users and consolidates the Stylus Pro range.

"The combination of Epson's latest hardware innovations, industry-leading ink technology and an exceptionally small footprint makes this printer a perfect match for photography, fine art, proofing and POS printing."

Epson added that the device takes up a small amount of physical space while can print on various media surfaces ranging from 4x6 up to 17x22.

Consumers can purchase the item from October 1st.
