Epson has launched a new printer capable of producing high-quality package proofs.
According to the company, the Stylus Pro WT7900 is affordable and can print accurate proofs onto clear and opaque substrates.
The device uses nine different coloured inks including a white aqueous ink suitable for use in both office and factory locations.
Prints are of high-quality through the use of a MicroPiezo TFP print head, which is specifically designed to improve the image quality.

Epson's new device is expected to be launched in 2010.
