Get Up To Date Internet-Ink News Feeds On Your Windows Desktop

Now it's time to make good use of the Windows Vista Sidebar and Windows 7 Gadgets by installing the Internet-Ink RSS news feed directly onto your desktop.

Keep right up to date with the very latest news, offers, latest products and developments.

Below you will find some simple instructions with illustrations to get going.

1. Below every news article you will see an orange icon with "Subscribe to RSS news feed" on. By clicking on this depending on what browser you are using it will take you to a new page. Click 'Subscribe Now'. Internet-Ink recommends using Mozilla Firefox 3.5 or Internet Explorer 8.

2. At the top of the Windows Sidebar (Windows Vista) you will find the following icon



Click the + button. On Windows 7 right click anywhere on the desktop and choose 'Gadgets'.

3. The following box will appear on your screen.



4. Now drag the Feed Headlines icon directly onto the Windows Sidebar as shown below. You can drag the icon anywhere on the Windows 7 desktop.



5. The Feed Headlines should now be on the Windows Sidebar. Now right click on the Feed Headlines and choose 'options'. You will see the following.



6. In the "Display This Feed" field Choose "Internet-Ink.co.uk News Feed" as below.



7. Now click OK and you're done.

You should now see the very latest daily Internet-Ink news when it is posted directly to your desktop!
