Kyocera Mita Wins 2 BLI Printer Ink Product Awards

Kyocera Mita has won the Buyers Laboratory (BLI) Summer 2011 Picks award in two categories for its printer ink products.

The firm's FS-C5250DN model won the honour of best critical colour printer and its FS-C2126MFP+ took the top prize in the multifunction section.

Both devices were selected after BLI analysts and editors spent months evaluating different machines in areas such as reliability, image quality, ease of use and the cost of ownership.

Steve Mitchell, product manager at Kyocera Mita, said: "Reliability in the real world is one of the key selling points of the Kyocera range, so we are delighted that BLI has singled out this feature as a compelling benefit of both the FS-C5250DN and FS-C2126MFP+."

Recently, Kyocera Mita released a range of colour and multifunction printers which it claims can help companies reduce their carbon footprints, improve their workflow and productivity.

According to the firm, there are also new, advanced business applications to improve the efficiency of its FS-C2626MFP and FS-3540MFP black and white printer ink products.
