Epson Adds to its Business Printer Portfolio

Printer ink maker Epson has launched a new printer series designed for businesses. The AcuLaser C3900N portfolio prints both colour and mono documents at up to 30 pages per minute, with built-in network connectivity. Epson said it is designed for medium-sized workgroups.

High yield ink cartridges and double-pack black ink cartridges, which use optimised cost-per-page output, will help businesses cut their running costs. With two paper input feeds and an optional 500-sheet tray, large print jobs are easily manageable, too.

"The AcuLaser C3900N is one of the most affordable colour laser series of its speed on the market. With a low cost-per-page and high specs, it offers medium-sized businesses and corporates excellent value for money," Peter Silcock, market development manager at Epson UK, said. The series will be available to purchase from the second half of December 2010.

Last month, Epson announced the launch next year of Digigraphie, an excellence scheme that will feature people involved in print production.
