Ink Firm Dell To Help Improve US SMEs Data Storage Servers

Computer and ink maker Dell is to help small and medium-sized businesses in the US to simplify their server and data storage infrastructures.

The company claim that its new PowerEdge T110 II and PowerEdge R210 II, allow businesses to improve their data sharing, protection and management ability.

Furthermore, the new products offer power-saving options for customers and help lower costs with quicker performance and deployment options.

Tony Parkinson, executive director of global enterprise services and solutions at Dell, said: "One question we understandably get from small and midsize customers when they’re confronting the task of managing their data is whether to keep it on-premise or in the cloud."

He added that the new products are perfect for firms wanting to lay their data foundation in their companies.

Recently, Dell's Desktop Virtualisation Solutions created new hardware that helps ease design and implementation plans when working on the internet, allowing firms to do more with their IT infrastructure.
