Canon Expands Its imageCLASS Printer Ink Range With 7 New Devices

Canon has expanded its imageCLASS laser multifunction printer ink product line up with seven new devices.

The company noted it will launch four machines that support wireless connectivity for the imageCLASS range, including the MF8380Cdw model.

Furthermore, Canon stated that these devices will help increase productivity in any home or small office.

Jim Rosetta, vice president and general manager in Canon's Imaging Systems Group, said: "Canon's goal is to provide a variety of options to our customers that incorporate many advanced technologies found in Canon's high-end commercial copiers, but meet the functionality, price and design needs of home and business users

Recently, printer ink firm Canon teamed up with EFI to develop technology for the mobile printing sector.

The first step the firms will take is to add EFI software to Canon's imageRUNNER range to improve their productivity and efficiency by allowing users to print off the machines directly from their Apple iPad, iPhone and iPod.
