Brother Launches New Label Printers
Printer ink maker Brother has launched two sophisticated new labelling printers. The printer specialist has unveiled the TD-4000 and the TD-4100N, specifically for the warehouse, logistics, health, food and retail markets.
A high-speed device, the TD-4000 offers barcode label software, web management and a cutter. The TD-4100N has all these and is enhanced by modern networking tools.
Mike Kelly, head of identification at the printer ink firm, said: "These two new labelling machines bring a lower cost of ownership solution to our product line up. The QL range offers low initial investment and high quality output, whilst the TD models offer high quality print volumes and low running costs, so now Brother can offer a solution for a wide variety of applications and budgets."
The label printers, which are network-ready, print at a speed of 110 millimetres a second, accept labels up to 102 millimetres wide and boast a print quality of 300 dots per inch.
