I very rarely write in to praise a company because it’s sadly too rare that there is a reason to do so. Just thought I would let you know that your product (Dell 924 compatible is first class) and of very excellent finished quality. I have done a lot of homework re. Dell cartridges and a lot of people were saying that their printer shuts down after so many prints with a Dell original cartridge, when it is nearing empty. NOT SO! The secret is to fit the compatible cartridge before the original runs dry and under no circumstances, print an alignment page, which the printer now requests every time the printer is switched on. The printer knows something has happened, but just can't quite fathom out what it is!! Anyway, thanks again for an excellent service.
