 Job Title:        Office Administrator

Hours:            Approx. 40 per week, Mon-Fri 8:30am- 5pm, Full Time.

Description:

Must have GCSE Maths and English or equivalent, previous experience in Microsoft Office applications, Sage Line 50 and spreadsheets. This is a busy working environment so applicants must be well organised, the ability to prioritise and be able to work under pressure and on own initiative. The role includes handling inbound calls, processing orders efficiently, and providing excellent customer service. Other tasks include stock control, purchasing, invoicing and spreadsheets and also providing admin support to others. Employee benefits include free parking, staff discounts and bonus scheme.

Experience

• Computer Literate
• Customer Support Background
