Dell photo 924 - works well no problems - no breakdown after 2 years and reasonable quality. However, very annoying Dell printer software flags up your cartridge is out of ink and "do you want to send e-mail to Dell for resupply", every time you print if you use remanufactured cartridge or non-Dell cartridges (even though these sorts of cartridge work perfectly well).
i find my Dell 924 very good and easy to use the only drawback is the price of the dell ink cartridges.
I have a dell model 924 good points printing is very clear and its very quick and it is compatible with my desk top bad points its expensive to run. I�m at collage and it costs a fortune with all my assignments and no body does cheap cartridges
Dell 924 Printer, cheap to buy, but works well. However original ink cartridges very very expensive and persistent reminders about state of play of cartridge are very annoying. Keith Holland
I have had this Dell 924 printer for almost 2 years with no problem. I am always looking for cheaper ink cartridges. It is my second printer of this kind. My first one did go wrong, and even though it was out of guarantee DELL replaced it free of charge, by courier within 2 days. So I was very pleased.
My Dell 924 printer is now 18 months old and on the whole still works well. With thin paper it is apt to jam. The cartridges are expensive, compared to other printers. The printer is, however, useful as a photo-copier. With some compatible cartridges, Dell�s low ink warning continues to come up on the screen. Margaret Fidler
