Well, I’m sure that all will agree when I say that the Epson R265 is a very good printer / scanner. Epson seem to have put it together beautifully, of course the built-in scanner is a life saver for my daily shared su-doku’s with my husband! It is advisable to buy compatible ink cartridges!
Dear sir / madam, A brief response to your review request. I use a new Epson R265 printer (purchased October 2007) Your inks seem to function perfectly ok in this machine; Epson seem to have included a ’warning’ message in their hardware program linked to the printer, it merely informs you that you’re not using original Epson inks but at £35.98 / per cartridge I’m happy to have your perfectly acceptable ’alternative’. Rapid postal delivery, (good); especially as we live some distance up a forestry commission track in the ’middle of nowhere’. I used your inks with my previous Epson printer so I’m happy to continue on the VFM route !! Thanks, Mike R. (Unlikely but you can use my ’endorsement’ of your inks and service if it would be of benefit /use to your product.)

Epson R265 - Have always bought Epson printers, but this is the worst model I’ve owned yet, absolute rubbish, very user unfriendly and expensive to run even with compatible cartridges, I wish I could buy one of the older models like the C62 or R220. 1 STAR OUT OF 5.
HP Deskjet 950C was my first ever printer, purchased 1999 and still working like a dream. Ink cartridges last for months - even when I’m printing pictures. Purchased new Epson Photo R265 in July with aim of producing better results on photo paper - had problems with Epson’s tiresome campaign against compatibles. Internet ink did sort this out and I’m using the new compatibles but still having problems when sometimes print stops halfway and message appears ’this document failed to print’ - can’t find out why and this wastes a heck of a lot of ink AND photopaper. When it works it produces stunning photo result but I’ve just ordered more ink for the HP 950C because I know if the Epson plays up I will be able to rely on the HP - doesn’t that say it all???!!!!
I have been using the Epson Stylus Photo R265 for several months and find that all the tasks I ask it to do work very well. I am a semi-professional graphic artist with many years of using inkjet printers, so I am happy to recommend this printer. I do use your compatible inks and find then excellent for quality and value. I have an Epson Stylus Photo R265 and it is by far the worst printer I`ve ever had for `clogging`. It uses ink like there is no tomorrow and is not a patch on my old Epson C66. I wish I had never got it, and I am thinking of changing it for a Canon which all my friends say is really good and causes no problems
I have An Epson R265. Very noisy and very temperamental but good copies.
I acquired this printer just after March 2007 (I think, without checking through my files) and am exceedingly pleased with it - maybe that is because my previous printer was a Lexmark which I understand is never, ever - ad infinitum - recommended by those who know. It is very reliable and versatile and if ever I need to replace it, I shall consider buying the updated version of the same printer.
