But if the cartridges were cheap the printer would be more expensive to buy. A no win situation. Cumbria - I have a Canon PIXMA MP210, and it is an excellent all-rounder. I am amazed at the quality of the printing, scanning and photocopying. I paid £45 for it and with £20 cashback it really was a brilliant bargain. The cartridges are not cheap, although they give a good yield. I give it 10 out of 10 for performance. 8 overall, allowing for cartridge cost and wastefulness. - the canon mp pixma 210 is a very good printer,not heavy on the ink,very quiet & very fast at printing. the scanner is very nippy even in 1200 dpi & the whole printer looks very neat,it even has a port to connect your camera or mobile.this printer is well worth the money i payed for it & would tell people to buy one them selfs.my rating is 10/10 - the only problem is the price of the ink BUT thats only two inks so it balances out. - I have to say, that buying my Canon MP210 was money well invested, its sharp and clear pictures leave other printers standing,I recently owned a lexmark which I thought was pretty good, but it goes nowhere the quality of the 210. - I have just bought a new canon Pixma MP210, it is a huge improvment on the last one, a Lexmark basic one. I am very pleased with it appart from one small thing, the noise and the time it takes to get going. Other than that it's great. - This printer is by far the worst I have ever bought. Nothing but problems, the latest being that ink cartridges bought from you will not put the low ink lights out and it continually tells you that the ink cartridge is empty even thought it is still printing. When the current ink's run out it is destined for the tip - Bought this new printer/scanner/copier month ago, and am highly delighted with it. Clean, sharp print out and images excellent. Bought mainly for my card crafting, and I made an excellent choice, though was guided by chap at our local computer shop. Also good value for replaceable ink cartridges. - Only one comment, its brilliant I have 2 of them! May buy MP250 soon as price is less than replacing MP210 cartridges!
