Good evening I have just recently bought a Canon Pixma MP 170, for photographs it is the Best Printer I have had, but I am finding the Cartridges a bit expensive, as I am a pensioner I have to limit the usage Regards George Rist
I bought this Canon MP170 printer for £165 a couple of years ago & found it for sale in a well known catalogue shop recently going for £65. I think it is a good machine once you get used to all it can do. I recently bought a new computer with Windows Vista & find that that I don’t get all the features of the printer that I used to get with Windows XP. The original ink is VERY pricey even when you shop around. My rating would have been 10/10 if I was able to download a driver for Vista & the inks were a bit cheaper so bearing that in mind I give it 8/10
This is a good printer,but the cartridges are too expensive.I am now shopping around for another alternative all-in-one printer.
