Hello, I have an Epson Stylus Photo RX600 since 4 years. I am satisfied with it, my rating 8 of 10 = best Good printing quality, A bit complicated when using scanner function. Printer SW did not allow me to clean head before I replaced all ink cartridges (even so not all cartridges were empty). After replacing all colour cartridges by new ones it worked. Epson wants to sell their own cartridges and more Kind regards Georges Parmentier
The Epson RX600. looks great, uses the ink well, look great, gives great pictures, can be a bit slow though 9/10! Martin Haywood
Hi, My printer is an Epson RX600 which I have owned for approximately one year now. The printed results are very good whether on plain paper or photographic papers giving rich vivid colours with plenty of detail. Software provided with the printer is very user friendly and installs effortlessly. My only complaint is the amount of ink cartridges consumed whether or not the printer is used. An ink cartridge can dry out (or show empty) within three or four months even if the printer is not used during that time, a major drawback! Score out of ten, I would have to say only five because of the ink consumption. Kind Regards D. Stacey
I have had my Epson Printer RX600 for just over 3 years. I had it serviced in December 2007, which came about through a message on the printer itself. I have nothing but good words to say about this printer and it has served we very well over this period. I would give a marking of 10 out of 10 without hesitation. Richard Picken
The Epson RX600 is a fabulous printer that has served well for over two years. Printing is high quality and when used with Epson ink and either Epson or Fuji paper produces extremely high quality prints. It has great features – not least its stand alone capabilities - and came with simple to use software. There are downsides of course; namely the size of the unit and the cost of the ink. Shopping around for ink has saved money over time, but there is no escaping that the best lasting / best colour reproducing inks cost more. I dread writing this now (as it is invariably the kiss of death!), but this printer has never let me down and has been extremely well used. Over the years I have a number of printers but this has easily been the best. -Martin Smith
Purchased several years ago and have had some excellent results particularly with photos. Software vis easy to use. Downside is that if using compatible cartridges, eventually, the printer refuses to print and needs to go to a repairer to have the printer enabled. Epson allow so many prints before printer shuts down and it has to be reset. This is very annoying. As printer is older, it regularly blocks. I find that the your cleaning cartridges do not produce the correct colors and am therefore confused as to what to do. I do not like to throw away things that can be repaired, but this printer is becoming unreliable - Phil Cowtan
