Your Reviews So Far 560 is a good printer and like other people have said it does get very thirsty. I have always bought my ink from hear as i had the rx520. on the rx520 when using ink cartridge it always told you how much ink was left. with the rx560 it does not tell you even though other companies have ink cartridges that do. As soon as internet ink catch up on the techn ology i will definatley start buys from here again. Matthew FROM THE EDITOR : - The ink level indicator usually works, however we have had some trouble with our superfilled compatible cartridges. The Epson printers are programmed to expect 6.5 ml of ink and after they have used that much the printer will show the cartridge is empty. However by removing the cartridge and putting it back in the printer, the printer will think the cartridge is new allowing you to use the next 6.5 ml of ink. epson RX560 printer - A fantastic printer 10/10. I have the Epson stylus photo RX560 and all I can say is that it is superb in every way.regards, Ieuan Bishop. I have an Epson Stylus Photo RX560 and I am very pleased with it. The quality is very good and its very easy to use. Only one slight problem is when using your ink I get a message saying the ink cartridge is not compatible, which I have to close, every time I print anything. Also the ink level indicator doesn't work with your ink cartridges so I have no idea when a ink cartridge is about to run out. Apart from these very minor problems it is a superb printer. 9 out 10. Dale I have a Epson R300 and a Epson RX560 and I find both printers totally dependable with superb results. I have an EPSON RX560 printer, at the moment it covers all of my needs well. I will see how we get on with the compatible ink. Printer Epson Stylus RX560 (after march 2007). This is an easy tu use all in one printer (copy, scanner, printer). The photo print quality is very very good, the cartridge are reasonnably priced and last sufficiently. We have had it for more than 8 months now and can not fault it. Noel I have owned several printers of differing makes and have found the Epson RX560 ink Jet to be the best to date. David Hope Epson has just swapped my really useful RX 340 for an RX560. The Claria cartridges are tiny and run out in absolutely no time at all. The RX560 has to have ALL the filters on the photo print options switched on (including enhanced photo) to match the bog standard print out quality of the previous model. The CD tray mechanism is flimsy. It will at some stage break. I used my RX340 for 18 months and found it sturdy and reliable. EPSON RECOMMEND USERS TO ONLY EMPLOY 60-90gsm paper This is outrageous because of print through and other issues. EPSON DEMAND USERS TO USE EPSON PAPER AND INKS or the guarantee will be void. People who need to use 190 - 260gsm paper should look elsewhere EPSON PRINTERS cannot handle this weight without packing up. MY experience is buy a printer, if it fails chuck it buy a replacement. DON`T get involved with the service departments. Its GRIEF, GRIEF and more GRIEF. Cut your losses and just get another machine. Prices are low and its a chance to a machine which meets your changing needs. Fred Vintner One VERY hacked off Epson User Hello i have a epson stylus photo RX560 which i bought after march 2007 the ink cartridges that you supply work very well and are of just as good a quality and last longer than the original epson ones they are also very competitively priced I have an Epson RX560. It is easy to operate and gives sharp clear photographic prints. Rated 8/10. I have ordered and used compatible inks from Internet-Ink and found that they are as good as regular Epson inks. This printer scoffs ink like there's no tomorrow and when purchasing replacement inks its very difficult to get it to recognise the ink cartridges. I am very disappointed in this printer, it has cost me a small fortune, i wished i'd bought a colour laser.
