Hi, I have an Epson Photo RX 420 that I use mostly for printing documents but also for some photo’s, my big objection to the printer is the assumption that all ink is used in equal quantity’s and when I print a lot of documents (Using Black ink only) the colour ink also goes down, ink should be shown as used on a cartridge by cartridge basis for this reason I think this is the last Epson Printer I will own, I will certainly be making a point of asking how ink is used on the next printer I buy, 6/10 Eric

My printer is an Epson RX420 all in one. I find it an excellent machine, quite fast and produces first class photos and photocopies. The facility of checking how much ink is left in the 4 cartridges helps with ordering fresh supplies before running out of ink. I would rate it 10/10. The only problem is that Epson do not support this machine for running under Windows Vista. There must be thousands of these machines out there and as most new PC’s and Laptops have Vista installed many users will be inconvenienced by Epson’s policy. Regards Jack Hollands

I have an Epson Stylus Photo RX420. I have been very pleased with it. It is very versatile, scanner, photo printer, photocopier & computer printer.Occasional struggle with print quality if using alternative inks to Epson, but a good clean usually solves the problem.I would certainly recommend this model to other people.

MY PRINTER IS AN EPSON STYLUS PHOTO RX420. IT IS GREAT , NO PROBLEMS SO FAR AND IT’S NOW 2 YEARS OLD, BOUGHT SEPTEMBER 2005.

I have a Epson RX420 I have not had any trouble in almost 3 years I have had it, I would liked to have had a small view finder to check on what you have set up with out the computer other wise I am satisfied. The ink cartridges are a reasonable price to buy and I don’t always use Epson printer ink cartridges, I make sure I put the printer through a clean regularly and do a set up to make sure it prints photos with out lines just basic maintenance. I rate this one about 7 out of 10

Hi, I have just had to scrap my Epson RX420 Photo printer after about 3 years use, And I found this printer very, very good and I was not using Epson Inks either. I have now bought another Epson a DX7400 3 in 1 and will let you know how I get on with it. Regards. John

I have had an Epson stylus photo rx420 now for 5 years and it still works beautifully with your inks The only problem I have had when using your inks in the printer was when I forgot to plug it in to the computer. sam clarke

My Epson RX420 is an excellent ’user friendly’ printer. I have had mine for 3 years and have just had a minor maintenance adjustment carried out to keep it on the road (hopefully) for another couple of years.

I have an Epson RX420, which I have had for about 3 years Its a great, very versatile printer, producing good quality prints, and good quality photos also, if I use high resolution settings and good paper Its connection rate from computer is a bit slow, but when it starts, it is good has a multi card reader too Inks are comparitivly cheap (especially from you) and last well I recommended this to a relative, who is also happy with it.

I have an Epson Stylus PHOTO RX420, which works very well for my purposes. Although it can take a while to ’organise’ itself on power-up, once it gets going it is reasonably quick. I have had great quality photo prints, although I have not printed any using the alternative cartridges yet. Your alternative cartridges seem fine to me, I have just processed a second order. This time I have got 2 free black cartridges, plus a 10% discount. Brilliant. Mr Collum
