epson dx 3800 good printer also capable of as good quality photo prints as epson papermate which i also have. downside somewhat slow printing normal letters etc sompared say with an epson C62 regards bob beattie
Currently using Epson DX3800, replaced once during warranty [by model with older serial no.] but currently giving good service. Biggest problem is ink clogging. Used mainly to make greetings cards, several hundred to date. (editor comment - common problem with all epson printers,we suggest epson cleaning cartridges)
Epson Dx3800 (9/10) Only concerned about price of ink - gives me a message each time that ’not genuine’ and ’can damage printer’ - is this true? ( editor comment - our inks are guaranteed not to damage your printer, and in our downloads section it tells you how to remove the ink cartridge message)
My Epson Dx3800 is a reliable Printer,good results. easy to change cartridges. The instructions could be clearer for users with less than perfect eyesight. 8 out of 10 overall.
Hi there just thought i would tell you about my printer it is an Epson DX3800 all in one and i have had it for 3 to 4 years and it is excellent have had no problems at all. from Rob Fisher

The Epson DX3800 is an excellent printer and I have been very pleased with mine. Changing the ink cartridges is simplicity itself - a huge bonus to me! Anne
One the whole the Epson Dx3800 printer generally works well, but sometimes has a tendency to jam now and again when asked to print. ink easy to install and your compatible inks work well with printer. Scanner is excellent, have re-produced some excellent photographs, even old black and white photographs have come out extremely well. On a whole i would give the DX3800 a 7 out of 10
I have been exceptionally pleased with the Epson DX3800 for quality and I have used your compatible inks from new nearly two years ago, slightly on the slow side especially with spreadsheets. The infuriating message and permission each time you print is even worse on spreadsheets because it requests between each copy of the same spreadsheet. - Bill
I use an Epson DX3800 and consider it a very good machine. I have never had any problems with it. However this is the first time I have bought ink cartridges from you. I used to buy from Apton Media but I think they were bought up by somebody else. The photo-copier side of this machine is also very good and gives excellent copies
Good workhorse! Print quality deteriorates significantly with non-Epson cartridges, and print heads and jets need cleaning regularly to maintain print quality. But has been reliable in the 2+ years I have had it.
I've had this printer for three years and have not experienced any trouble.
the good features are the price is reasonable compre with market , it has 4 cartliges with different colors , so i need to change the empty one only , the price of these cartliges are also resonable ,the bad feature the speed of printing is slow and you can't refill the cartriges.
